The data for the IV quarter of 2014 indicate that Montenegro has sold 225 units of new housing, which is 7.8% less than the year before. The average cost per square meter of the primary property is 1030 euros, which is 16.1% lower than a year earlier. Comparison with the third quarter of 2014 shows that the cost of housing Montenegrin fell by an average of 7.2%.
So, for example, the price of new apartments in Budva, in the IV quarter of 2014 averaged 1,360 euros per square meter. This figure is 44% lower than recorded a year earlier. At the same time, housing in the main resort in Montenegro is still the most expensive in the country.
